Packaging Requirements
We strictly adhere to Amazon's packaging requirements to avoid any potential issues during the fulfillment process. This includes:
- Poly Bagging: Items such as apparel, textiles, or loose items are sealed in poly bags with appropriate suffocation warnings.
- Bubble Wrapping: Fragile items are securely wrapped in bubble wrap or protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Boxing and Cartoning: We pack multiple units into cartons if necessary, making sure that the box dimensions and weight comply with Amazon's specific guidelines
- Expiration Dates: For items with an expiration date, we ensure that the date is clearly visible and formatted correctly as per Amazon’s requirements (MM/DD/YYYY).
Bundling and Multipacks
If you sell products as bundles or multipacks, we properly package and label them as such, ensuring that Amazon recognizes them as a single sellable unit. We apply the necessary “Sold as Set” or “Do Not Separate” labels when required.

Amazon’s Packaging and Shipping Standards
Amazon has specific packaging and shipping standards to ensure the safe and efficient handling of products in their fulfillment centers. These include:- Barcode Labels: Every product must have a scannable barcode (FNSKU or manufacturer barcode). If the item is being sold as part of a multipack or bundle, additional labels may be required.
- Packaging Materials: Amazon requires specific packaging for different types of products. Fragile items must be bubble-wrapped, and liquid items must have secure, leak-proof packaging.
- Poly Bags: Items placed in poly bags must have a suffocation warning label and must be transparent enough to allow the barcode to be scanned through the bag or have an external label.
- Expiration Dates: Any product with an expiration date must have it clearly visible and printed in the correct format on both the item and the packaging.
- Box Weight and Size Limits: Boxes should not exceed 23 KGÂ unless pre-approved, and no box should be longer than 62 Cm on any side unless otherwise required by the product size.
